Support USU Libraries
The University Libraries serve nearly a million students, faculty, staff, and community members per year. Because of the broad-reaching services that we provide, a gift to the Libraries makes a difference in the academic pursuits of every student and faculty member across all disciplines of the University.
The Libraries depend on the financial support of our friends to continue to provide broader and deeper resources to users. Your gift will help provide our students and faculty with the resources required to continue the long tradition of academic and research excellence at Utah State University. Thank you for considering a gift to the University Libraries.
Giving Areas
General Library Fund
The Libraries enable student inquiry and discovery by providing access to quality collections, and by facilitating the best use of information in teaching, learning and research. Your donation will help strengthen our collections by providing resources that meet student needs.
Special Collections and Archives
The Merrill-Cazier Library’s Special Collections and Archives preserves and makes accessible unique and valuable collections as well as permanent records of Utah State University. Collections include local and regional history, the Mormon experience, and western exploration. Here you will find old University yearbooks and student newspapers, rare and unusual books, Beat poetry, and art books.
Leonard J. Arrington Historical Archives Endowment
Special Collections & Archives houses the Leonard J. Arrington Papers. Arrington is widely recognized as the first scholar to bring an academic approach to Mormon history. The Libraries also sponsor an Arrington Graduate Student Fellow and the annual Arrington Mormon History Lecture. An anonymous donor is matching gifts to this endowment up to $10,000 through 2025.
Student Internships
Help talented students interested in gaining experience by donating to our paid internship program. The Libraries offer opportunities that develop student research and professional skills, preparing them for career readiness in a variety of disciplines.
