USU Libraries' Innovation Hub has expanded its resources with exciting new technology and updated spaces designed to support creativity, research, and hands-on learning across the university. These enhancements make the Hub an even more valuable resource for students, faculty, and researchers working on innovative projects.

Enhanced Digital Media Capabilities

Recent upgrades include an enhanced recording studio and digital scholarship room, offering improved tools for audio, video, and digital work. Whether you're creating podcasts, recording presentations, or developing multimedia research projects, these upgraded spaces provide professional-quality equipment and software to bring your ideas to life.

New Creative and Research Tools

The Hub now features several exciting additions to support diverse project needs. A new sticker maker opens up possibilities for custom labeling, branding, and creative expression. The large-format plotter enables printing of posters, banners, and technical drawings at professional scale. For researchers conducting qualitative studies, new Nvivo software provides powerful tools for analyzing interviews, surveys, and other qualitative data.

Expanded 3D Technology

In response to growing demand for 3D capabilities, the Innovation Hub has added more 3D printers to reduce wait times and accommodate more projects simultaneously. A new 3D scanner has also been installed, allowing users to digitize physical objects and create 3D models for research, preservation, or creative purposes.
