Utah State University students invite the campus community to explore agricultural stories through their student-curated exhibit celebrating Farm Literature and Land Grant Universities.
The Farm Lit Exhibit Opening takes place September 15 from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, beginning with an opening lecture by Joyce Kinkead and Evelyn Funda in the 101 Meeting Room. Following the presentation, attendees can explore the student-created exhibit in the lower level exhibit space outside of Special Collections & Archives.
Students across multiple sections of the Farm Literature course collaborated to create an exhibit centered on the Agricultural College of Utah Cyanotypes collection. The project demonstrates how undergraduate students engage with primary source materials to connect literature, agriculture, and institutional history.
Connecting Literature and Agriculture
The exhibit showcases student scholarship highlighting the intersection of agricultural heritage and academic exploration. Through their work with Special Collections & Archives materials, students bring agricultural stories to life for the USU community.
The event is free and open to all students, faculty, and staff. The exhibit will remain on display in the lower level space following the opening event.
