AI Catalyst Grants
Up to 120 faculty members will receive $750 stipends to AI-integrate or AI-proof a core assignment in ways that advance durable skills. Faculty will trial the redesigned assignment, then speak about it on a panel so others can learn from their experience.
A parallel research track will offer up to 120 additional $750 stipends to design and execute a research or creative project that substantively uses AI. Participants will share their experience on panels, joined regularly by a representative from Eric Hawley’s office to update researchers on AI tools, boundaries, and access.
