Take a break at the library. You deserve it!

We know finals are upon you and with that stress levels can skyrocket. USU Library wants to make sure you are well taken care of as you finish the semester strong. Take some breaks, breathe, keep yourself balanced and be aware of your mental health with some resources the Library has put together to help you relax and unwind between exams and projects, not just for finals week but for anytime of the semester

USU Library is here to support your research AND your well-deserved study breaks.

In-Person breaks at Merrill-Cazier Library:

Thursday, April 25th

  • Donut Break, 9:00 - 11:00am | Library Lobby
    Come enjoy donuts and motivation from the library! (While supplies last).
  • Game Break, 11:00 - 1:00pm | LIB 101
    Come play Mario Kart or a board game to give your brain a break!
  • Coloring Break, 2:00 - 3:00pm | LIB 122
    Come color and watch some relaxing videos to wind down between study sessions.

Friday, April 26th

  • Pop into the Library, 11:00 - 1:00pm | Library Lobby
    Enjoy some popcorn and pop some bubble wrap!

Monday, April 29th

  • Game Break, 11:00 - 1:00pm | LIB 101
    Come play Mario Kart or a board game to give your brain a break!

  • Yoga, 5:00 - 6:00pm | LIB 101
    Relax your body and mind with a guided yoga session with a campus rec instructor. Registration is required.

Tuesday, April 30th

Wednesday, May 1st

  • Snack Break, 9:00am - | LIB 101
    Power through the last day of finals with a snack (While supplies last)
