Each year, the Office of Research and USU Libraries celebrates the outstanding work of USU faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates. Research Week 2023 will be held April 10-15 and will include a variety of events to highlight researchers and their projects.

D. Wynne Thorne Lecture

The 2023 D. Wynne Thorne Career Research Award Lecture features Dr. Melanie M. Domenech Rodríguez, the recipient of the 2022 D. Wynne Thorne award.
Student Research Symposim
Tuesday & Wednesday, April 11-12th, 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. | South Atrium and online
The Student Research Symposium is Utah State University’s largest showcase of student research. SRS both celebrates student research and improves each student’s ability to communicate their research.
Faculty Author Exhibition
On Display April 10-14th | Pop-Up Gallery of The Merrill-Cazier Library
The Faculty Author Exhibit highlights the published works by Utah State University's faculty during the past year. The Office of Research and the Merrill-Cazier Library are excited to recognize the USU faculty who have published a book in the last year that they have written or edited. During Research Week, from April 10-14, these authors’ works will be on display on the first floor of the library.
Student Research Awards Ceremony

The Student Research Awards Ceremony to recognize the research accomplishments of our undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students during the past year. USU administrators will present the awards and recognize nominees.
