Soldering Iron
Crafting
A soldering iron is a hand tool that uses heat to melt solder so it can flow between two pieces of work. It's made up of a heated metal tip (the bit) and an insulated handle. The heat is usually generated by electricity at high temperatures above the melting point of the metal alloy. Soldering irons are often used for repairing consumer electronics and joining electrical contacts.
