USU Eastern Course Reserves Request

Note: Library Media Collections and Reserves will be closed until May 16th.

Students can use course reserves to access textbooks, DVDs, and other course reading materials, if placed on reserve by the course instructor. Instructors can request materials be placed on reserve by completing the form below.
