Biography
Paul Daybell joined USU Special Collections & Archives in 2018 and has served in numerous roles including archival cataloging, Encoded Archival Description, and systems administration. He transitioned to his new role as the Special Collections Librarian in 2023, where he curates the library’s rare books and art books collections and supports instruction and outreach efforts. His favorite part of the job is connecting students and researchers with hands-on experiences with the library’s treasures. His research interests include metadata discoverability and library outreach programming.
