How to use the Light Board in Your Recorded Content
A Lightboard is an internally lit, ultra-clear glass surface designed for engaging presentations using neon markers. It allows presenters to face their audience while writing, creating a natural and personal connection without turning away. Ideal for immersive learning and dynamic video recordings, it makes content creation seamless and engaging.

Turn on the Lightboard

Connect your device
Connect your device (Hub's laptop or your own) with Light Board Camera and external microphone via HDMI

Set up the black curtain as the backdrop

Open Zoom
When you open Zoom, select the external microphone (Shure) and Light Board Camera (AvayHC020) in audio and video settings.

Flip your video in Zoom

Turn off room lights

Turn on presenter LED knob on the Light Board side and adjust brightness

Use neon markers
You can adjust the contrast with the second knob on the side.

Do a final check before recording

Wipe the board with a microfiber cloth
This removes marker residue.
