Printers are located in the North and South Information Commons on the 1st floor and lower level computer lab. Print jobs can be sent from any computer in the library or from your personal computer or laptop. To print, select the desired printer from the application print menu, then swipe your USU ID card to pay for the print. Your print will be available at the nearest IT consultant desk.
What if I don't have my USU ID card? Members of the public and students who don't have their USU ID can still print by using the public computers on the 1st floor and selecting "Circulation desk" as the printer. Prints can be picked up and paid for at the Circulation Desk with cash or credit card (for charges over $2.00).
USGS topographic maps and large-scale government information can be printed in the lower level government documents department on HP and Epson plotters. Prints are produced on 36”- and 42”- wide rolls of water-resistant paper.
For more information or to schedule an appointment, visit the Government Documents help desk in the southwest lower level of the library, or contact Sally Thompson at (435) 797-2683 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Several flatbed scanners are located in the 1st floor North and South Information Commons and the lower level computer lab. IT consultants are available to help you use these scanners.
The Library also has a large overhead scanner located near the Circulation Desk. Please be courteous of others who wish to use the scanner and limit your use to 15 minutes at a time.
