Jackson Hole Dude Ranching Traditions

Jackson Hole Dude Ranching Traditions

Summer 2017, Utah State University and University of Wyoming students participated in a Library of Congress/USU/UW Field School for Cultural Documentation. During the hands-on field school, students documented the historic Triangle X Dude Ranch, operated for over ninety years by the Turner family in the Grand Teton National Park. A community event to highlight field school experiences and takeaways is slated for Saturday, November 18 at the Teton County Library in Jackson, Wyoming. The event is free and open to the public. A robust digital collection of fieldwork products will be unveiled at the event.
