From September 18 through September 22, the Merrill-Cazier Library will be celebrating the Constitution! 230 years ago, the Constitutional Convention concluded and 39 delegates signed the Constitution of the United States. All week long, we’ll be celebrating this auspicious event and the resilience and flexibility of the framers' work. Students, faculty, and members of the general public are invited to check out our photobooth, take the Preamble Challenge, complete interactive activities, and take home a free pocket Constitution (while supplies last). To learn more about the Constitution, its text, and its issues, see the Constitution Day libguide.
Be sure to visit the Merrill-Cazier Atrium and the Government Information Department on the Lower Level beginning September 18 for all of our activities. While you're here, check out the resources that are part of the Federal Depository Library Program.
