Love Your Data Week is a social media event coordinated by research data specialists, mostly working in academic and research libraries. In conjunction with this, the Merrill-Cazier Library is providing two data-related services.
Data Management Plan Workshops:
After a short introduction to the components of what you should include in your data management plan, you will have a chance to work on your own data management plan or analyze other data management plans to get a sense of what should be included when you write one. Refreshments will be served. Bring your laptop, or use computers in the library.
Wed 2/10 and Thurs 2/11, 3-4 pm
Library Room 122
ORCiD Sign Up and Q&A:
Many publishers now require researchers to have an ORCiD ID. Have you been meaning to set yours up? Do you have questions about ORCiD or Data Management? Stop by and get help from a librarian to sign up and get answers to your data questions.
Mon 2/8 and Wed 2/10, 9:30-10:30 am, AgSci Cafe
Tues 2/9, 9:30-10:30 am, QuadSide Cafe
