We know finals are upon you and with that stress levels can skyrocket. USU Libraries wants to make sure you are well taken care of as you finish the semester strong. Take some breaks, breathe, keep yourself balanced and be aware of your mental health with some resources the the Library has put together to help you relax and unwind between exams and projects, not just for finals week but for anytime of the semester.
