Open Educational Resources Grant Call
USU Libraries is committed to reducing barriers to student success through the use of open educational resources. In partnership with Academic and Instructional Services, and various colleges across campus, the OER Team is excited to offer grants to support instructors interested in adopting, adapting, or creating OER.
Adopt an existing OER to reduce student costs (up to $500).
Adapt one or more existing OER, customized to your instructional needs (up to $1,000).
Create or author new OER (up to $3,000).
Submit a Grant Application
The Grant portal opens February 1st, 2022. Application review begins March 1st, 2022.

Register for our OER Development Webinar taking place on January 26th from 12-1 pm. This will be a great opportunity to hear from past grant recipients who adopted, adapted, and created OER. It will also be a great chance to meet USU Libraries’ OER Team, and learn how to incorporate OER into your Canvas course from USU Instructional Designers.
