Founded in 1914, the Home Economics Club at Utah Agricultural College endeavored to foster cooperation among teachers and workers in the the field, as well as promote interest in the profession. Club members also sought to build library collections at the institution and to be a source of information about their choosen profession. The Club petitioned for membership in the national honor society and in 1923 Phi Upsilon Omicron officially recognized the Kappa Chapter on the UAC campus.

This collection covers the period from 1914 thru the 1970s, and includes scrapbooks, minutebooks, financial ledgers, club histories, membership lists, and photographic portfolios.
