The Logan City Light and Power Plant papers span the years
1906 to 1944. The papers originate from Ray B. West, Dean of
the School of Engineering and Mechanical Arts at the Utah State
Agricultural College, who was a member of the Logan City Light
and Power Board from 1920-28.
Also in the papers is a book by Leon Fonnesbeck, which gives
an account of the history of the power plant from a legal perspective,
covering the years 1902 to 1944.
