Brief handwritten letter on Hotel Eccles stationary dated Oct. 10, 1927 to Mr. G.H. Beesemyer of Hollywood, Calif. signed "Guaranty Bldg." and referring to a unknown newspaper clipping and bid.
The Eccles Hotel of Logan, Utah occupied the floors above the Thatcher Brothers Bank. These floors had been occupied by the Thatcher Opera House until the building was destroyed by fire in 1912. The new building (1915) housed the hotel until its closure in the early 1960s.
