The last will and testament of Francis Armstrong with accompanying probate records, dated 1899 and an affidavit of Isabella Armstrong's death dated March 1931.

Francis Armstrong (1839-1899) married Isabella Siddoway in 1864, the first of three wives. In his will, he left everything to Isabella and to his oldest son, William F. Armstrong, in trust.
