A $500 interim, two year, eight percent interest bearing certificate in lieu of two preferred 8% cumulative stock of the Piute Light and Power Company, made out to Geo. L. Sterns and dated Jan. 19, 1924.

The Bully Boy Mines Corporation was incorporated under the laws of the state of Delaware in 1921.
