A Smokers Unanimous temporary card from 1995 and regular membership card from 1996.
Smokers Unanimous began in 1995 as a reaction to the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act. It is a smokers' rights group which was started by Jack Belden of the Silverado Cafe in Roy, Utah as well as other businesses. The first year they sold membership cards for one dollar and in 1996 the cost increased to three dollars.
