Tax Forms in the USU Merrill-Cazier Library

The Merrill-Cazier Library provides print Federal, Utah, and Idaho tax forms. A student tax assistant is also available to assist you choose the correct forms.

Location:

Tax forms are available in the Merrill-Cazier Library, room 108, from February 6 to April 15, 2009. You may also meet with a student tax assistant who can help you choose the correct forms, during scheduled hours beginning February 17 through April 15. Tax forms will be available during the regular hours of the library.

Assistance Selecting Forms is Available:

Monday 3 - 6 pm
Tuesday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Wednesday 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Thursday 5 - 8 pm
Friday 1:30 - 4:30 pm

Note: Assistance is not available during spring break, March 9 - 13, 2009.
