Tax Forms in the USU Merrill-Cazier Library

The Merrill-Cazier Library provides print Federal, Utah, and Idaho tax forms. A student tax assistant is also available to assist you choose the correct forms.

Location:

Tax forms are available in the Merrill-Cazier Library, room 108, from February 1 to April 17, 2011. You may also meet with a student tax assistant who can help you choose the correct forms, during scheduled hours beginning February 1 through April 17. Tax forms will be available during the regular hours of the library.

Assistance Selecting Forms is Available:

Monday: 7:15-8:45 pm

Tuesday: 9:00-11:15 am

Wednesday: 11:30 am-1:00 pm

Thursday: 9:00-11:15 am and 3:30-4:30 pm

Saturday: 9:00-10:30 am

Note: Assistance is not available during spring break, March 12 - 16, 2012.
