Food science products, processing, and manufacturing. FSTA contains over 550,000 citations and abstracts scientific journals, patents, books, conference proceedings, reports, legislation, and more.

Note: This database has minimum browser requirements. You must use (at minimum) one of the following: Netscape 7.x; Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5; Macintosh Safari 1.2x or Firefox 1.0.
Also, Mac users will need to install the following plug-in for the "Linked Full Text" feature to function properly: http://www.schubert-it.com/pluginpdf/
