Description

Complementary and alternative medicine research index. Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) Index was produced by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (formerly the National Institute of Health's Office of Alternative Medicine) and consists of more than 180,000 bibliographic citations, from the late 19th century to the present, obtained from the National Library of Medicines Medline database. The citations were obtained using MeSH controlled vocabulary terms from the "alternative medicine" tree structure, and other selected MeSH terms.
