Wireless Access & Computers in the Library

Q: Where can I connect to the wireless network?
A: Wireless access is available throughout the Merrill-Cazier Library building. Register your laptop or PDA for access to the USU campus wireless network using an online form accessible at USU Computing Help Desk.

Q: What do I have to do to make my wireless device work on the USU campus?
A: See the IT Service Help Desk's web site for instructions on registering your wireless device: http://helpdesk.usu.edu

Q: Where can I find a computer to use in the library?
A: Currently enrolled USU students may use computers in the Information Commons on the first floor (more than 120 workstations) or the computer lab in the basement (60 workstations). A USU ID card or email account is required to use these facilities, except for ten computers that are available for the general public. These public workstations are located just inside the front door to the south. Printouts from the public PCs may be retrieved and paid for at the Book Check Out/Circulation Desk ($.07/page). Double-sided is available at $.10/page.
