Cynthia serves as subject librarian for the Department of English, British and Commonwealth Studies faculty and students. She also teaches library instruction for English classes: British and American Lit. survey, period studies, poetry, special topics and English 1010/2010. Cynthia serves on the Reference Desk and the Special Collections and Archives Service Desk, she also maintains the Reference Collection.
