The Materials Acquisitions Department includes the following three units:
Acquisitions:
Acquisitions is responsible for the ordering, receiving and processing of books, audio-visual, and miscellaneous materials, and includes the management of the library book approval program. Material can be requested by contacting a subject librarian or you can submit a request via an online Request Form.
Electronic Collection Information:
Digital resources, for example, research databases, e-books and e-journals, are proliferating at an accelerating pace. Fortunately, we have a Electronic Resources Librarian and a Library Staff Assistant working to identify, purchase, manage, and maintain access to the array of electronic resources available to the USU Community.
