The following papers are mainly speeches given by Glenn Taggart while he was the Dean of International Programs for Michigan State University. The years encompassed by this collection were 1954-1968. In addition to the speeches, one folder contains reports regarding university relations between Michigan State and Nigeria and Michigan State and Taiwan.
